Welcome to Your Sentien Experience

Learn how to wear, adjust, and fine-tune your Sentien headset for the best comfort and audio quality. Follow these steps to achieve a secure fit that feels natural and enhances your experience.

Getting Started:

Putting On Your Headset

"Slide On, Align, and Adjust"
Place the headset over your ears, ensuring the transducers rest just in front of your ears on your cheekbones—not on your ears. The back frame should rest behind your head without pressing.

Finding the Right Fit

"A Fit That Moves With You"
Your Sentien headset should be snug enough to stay in place during movement but not press on your head. If it feels too tight or too loose, make small adjustments to find the perfect balance between comfort and stability.

Adjusting the Backframe

"Adapt It to Your Comfort"
Gently adjust the backframe if needed. The flexible frame is designed to adapt to different head shapes, ensuring a secure hold while remaining comfortable for long-term wear.

Achieving the Perfect Position

"The Right Fit = The Best Sound"
For optimal sound transmission, the transducers must stay in front of your ears, not on them. The back frame should hover approximately one pinky finger’s width from your head—this allows for a natural, secure fit while maximizing sound clarity.
